Nice romantic setting in the middle of downtown Chino. Charming patio dining with soft lighting and music. We started with Stuffed Artichoke Hearts as our opening appetizer. Very crispy with great flavor served with lemon and mayo. Then we had our salads. Cesar Salad and Green Goddess Salad. Really good and flavorful salad dressings with fresh crisp vegetables. For our entrees we had the Lobster Tail and the Flat Iron Steak. The Lobster Tail was served with clarified butter, lemon, on a bed of pasta. The Flat Iron Steak was juicy and rare with crispy and seasoned French fries along with a sauce. Service was great. Our water glasses were never dry and our plates were picked up as we finished each course. For dessert we were supposed to have ice cream but they ran out so they gave us chocolate cake!

Visited Owen's for the first time to celebrate an anniversary. We had a great time and our meals were delicious. I had the rib eye which was perfectly cooked with a nice crust and my wife had the salmon. Great drinks as well. Service was superb. The restaurant is also quiet and perfect for a romantic evening. Would definitely return.

It has been since before the pandemic that I have been to this lovely oasis in the City of Chino. Something almost mystically pulled me into the parking lot. I was greeted warmly by the owner and bartender who had not seen me in a few years. They made me feel as though it had been only a day that had gone by. I started with the goddess salad. If i had a straw and no class I would have sucked the dressing off of the plate it was so good. Main dish: the shot rib pasta. So flavorful. I had the panna cotta for dessert. So refreshing. They pair it with a tad of granola and fresh berries. Have mercy. Now I remember why I would venture in once a week. I might have to return to the routine. I celebrate this great food establishment.
